The Starbucks by the esplanade is my fave Starbucks to be at. They’re so welcoming when you first walk in, they’re very patient, and helpful. The atmosphere is very cozy and peaceful. Came here with my boyfriend to study and do some homework, we had been there for at least 2 hours. Felicity had came and checked on us and also made my drink which tasted sooo good.
The Esplanade Starbucks is stepping up their game. I went to get some drinks and some food. I have to tell you it was fantastic. Drinks were delicious. Food was delicious. They shouldn't be 3.9 stars. They should be 4.5 stars. Keep up the good work.

This Starbucks Coffee Company location in Oxnard is considered one of the best. The employees are very friendly, kind, happy, and inviting, providing excellent welcoming service. They always make the best drinks to perfection, with love, and make them look so pretty. The atmosphere is great. A lady helped a customer with purchases, including a medium hot mocha and reloading a Starbucks card, and was very friendly. Another customer got a Trenta black iced coffee and found the coffee amazing. The team goes above and beyond, with workers who are awesome and have the nicest customer service. Even when service is slow, the drinks are the best. A team member named Jesse turned a customer's day around with a genuine smile. The location is clean, including the bathrooms, with lots of natural light. Drinks are ready quickly, and a free pastry was offered from an extra order.
