I was out in Pacific Grove for a day trip and after a long walk it was time to find some grub. I was in the mood for something Mediterranean and I hadn't had a good gyro for awhile, so after searching on Yelp I came across Petra. It's a few minutes' walk from the busy part of Lighthouse. High price for such low quality food. The pita was several days old supermarket bread. The hummus was tasteless with the amount of water used to smoothen it, instead of using tahini sauce like they should. The spanakopita was tiny and smooshy and was not freshly made. Very disappointed!!!

09 June 2020It was so nice being able to once again dine in. I was craving Mediterranean cuisine and thought immediately of Petra's. I decided to enjoy the day and beautiful weather so I drove over to Pacific Grove. I was immediately greeted by the Owners Laila and her husband George. I was seated immediately and given the menu.
