Despite there being only a few customers present, the wait time to place my order and receive it was unreasonably long. This lack of efficiency was detrimental to the overall dining experience.Furthermore, the behavior of some staff members was highly unprofessional. I was met with rudeness and impatience when attempting to communicate my order, and my questions and concerns were disregarded. It is disheartening to witness such poor customer service, especially in a globally recognized fast-food chain like McDonald's.To add to my disappointment, my order was incorrect when it finally arrived. Not only were items missing from my meal, but the food that was served was noticeably cold and unappetizing. The lack of attention to detail and quality control is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of your establishment.While at the restaurant, I brought these issues to the attention of the manager, who seemed disinterested and did not take any steps to rectify the situation. This indifferent response only compounded my dissatisfaction and left me feeling unheard and unvalued as a customer.To improve the service and overall experience at your McDonald's restaurant, I would like to suggest the following:1. Enhance staff training: Provide comprehensive training programs to ensure that all employees understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service, including effective communication skills and a customer-centric approach.2. This McDonald’s has by far some of the worst workers ive come across. Some are rude and unprofessional. One day I even went in there and I seen one them of the walk out of the bathroom without washing his hands. They should have the the health inspector come. Disgusting. I’ll never return here.

Why is the drive thru worker with the cheap blingy glasses calling me pet names and trying to keep my change?! Also, my McFlurry tasted bad (cross contamination?) so I had to toss it. Sad face. Last two times before this my fries were not salted.Also, MCD is so expensive now. Go to a real restaurant for this price.
