“Stopped by here on a whim before playing some disc golf and got a pastor burrito. The burrito was delicious, well balanced, and well wrapped. The salsas also blew me away! The avocado salsa was perfect and the orange salsa was like a cross between a chipotle salsa and a Thai peanut sauce, never had anything like it and it worked really well. Reasonable prices too!“

“The Birria tacos are one of if not the best around. Served with their consommé which just adds to the richness of the tacos. Even the bean burrito is packed with flavor. Whenever in the Moss Landing area I make sure to stop at the Flamingo truck.“

“Amazing spot for a burrito. My partner and I shared a carnitas burrito, along with some tacos. The burrito was one of the best I've had in a long time, which is saying something.
The tacos were good, but not as mindblowing as the burrito. For sure recommended!“

“First time trying the birria tacos. The birria had good flavor, I was surprised. It was juicy and flavorful. Good price and value. The staff was friendly and made sure to ask which toppings I wanted.
I ordered one birria taco with no cheese. It came with two corm tortillas and enough meat to make two tacos. The grilled onions were very good.
There are tables to eat inside but it could use a revamp. The floors were slightly sticky and the restroom floor was slippery.
They have deals on Tuesdays, we will return for taco Tuesday :)“

“Taco truck with a spacious parking lot, tacos are absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend this place, the salsa is absolutely divine, the perfect amount of spices with a wonderful consistency. The tortillas were crisp and the meat was tender and well seasoned, with a light sear. I had cheese added to mine and I'd say they came out perfect. Will definitely be back“

“Always drove by here and wondered if it was good. It's in a weird place in between a little market and another building. It's easy to miss and people probably thinks it's kinda sketchy because of the location... LET ME TELL YOU THAT THE FOOD IS BOMB!! the lady that runs this truck and possibly owns it not sure is the sweetest lady. I don't know but something about how she cooks the food makes it perfect... she has that touch... the flavor of the meats and just everything is on point!!! If you haven't stopped here you need to!! They are usually only open like late afternoon and night... just go you will be glad you did!!!
