“We came on a pretty busy holiday weekend but we're super impressed. Everyone on staff worked hard to offer an exceptional experience to the guest, and that's exactly what we got. The food came out fast and everything tasted great. The drinks by Hunter awesome. Dana the manager was busy and still took time to greet us and make sure we were satisfied. We were, thus highly recommend this Islands for a casual, comfortable dining experience.“

“I never have expectations for Jack in the Box. I live in PD Cahuilla Hills, and used to go to the location in La Quinta on Hwy 111, only a couple times at my sons request, but the service was so bad & the team very unprofessional, we stopped going to Jack altogether. Well my son really wanted some curly fries & tacos one evening.
Jack in the Box on Cook St. exceeded any expectation I would have had. Clean, greeted with a friendly and smiling face, bathroom was clean, and I forgot how good the Southwest Chicken Salad (grilled) was, and actually very satisfying. Fast food is certainly just that….fast food, but just a kind friendly face can make all the difference. The young lady employee #TRNJP, was very helpful with menu questions & suggestions.

“I just had a chicken taco here for the first time and I had to go back inside to tell the cook how bomb it was. There was plenty of meat & it came with enough grilled onions for every bite and then some. As a local who’s lived here for 23 years the only other taco that rivals this one in PS is the shredded beef taco @ las casuelas originale“

“These street tacos are among the the top 5 I've had anywhere in this state. I just wish they were consistent with their schedule. I was told they are going to be here and open Tuesday through Sunday and within 48 hours they haven't been back since.... this was roughly end of July 2024 so after they had been busted and left... they came back for one day and that's been it. Really frustrating. I keep checking nearly everyday.
The worst part is there is no phone number , no one to talk to etc. Their Instagram doesn't reply or know anything about this particular location. I wish they would get consistent again.“

“Hi guys I can only speak about the bbq chicken salad and I can say it was a pretty nice surprise, good size plate almost couldn't finish it. The girl at the register was kind enough to made the recommendation, really nice positive attitude from her. My food was ready in less than 10 min. Place was clean and well maintained. Nothing more you can ask for in a little fast food mexican place I'm definitely coming back to try different plates from the menu. To the team there Thanks so much guys keep up the good work.“

“I went to buy a double smash jack and some tacos the other day in drive thru the order taker was very polite and patient with me he made sure I got all my condiments and napkins the tacos were crispy and good the double smash jack was so delicious it tasted like heaven, this is my go to jack in the box I love the awesome team they have and the friendly environment“

“ON MINI VACATION TO PALM SPRINGS , SO GRANNDAUGHTER WANTED JACK IN THE BOX, WAS CLOSE TO OUR TIME SHARE. REALLY GREAT SERVICE, FAST AND GOT THE ORDERS RIGHT. NICE FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES. THE NEW GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN WINGS ARE DELICIOUS ? ?. I WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK TO EAT AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION.

“Everyone is always friendly, helpful and efficient at this Jack in the Box. The food is always good even when we try something new. I highly recommend driving to this place even if it is a little longer than other fast food places. I always enjoy visiting here. Oh yea and there food is less expensive than other fast food places.“

“Just tried the much hyped "Smashburger" with a chocolate shake. It was good. I would put it up against the Dbl Cheeseburger at In&Out although they taste completely different. It's an $8.00 burger so you are paying a premium price“

“Just found this place and HOLY TALITO BATMAN IT IS GREAT!!! The people here are so nice, the food is DELICIOUS and the Chevela hit the spot!! I ABSOLUTELY recommend this establishment to everyone. Especially if you have kids or picky eaters. ? I will definitely be back!!“
