Used the drive thru for tacos.The volume on the order kiosk was so low, we could barely hear the order taker.The tacos were some of the best we ever had from Jack in the Box. They were crispy, and not at all oily.When we want tacos, this is the Jack we will head to. I just hope they get the kiosk problem fixed by then.
Went through the drive through. Ordered the teriyaki bowl with egg roll meals. I also tried the mini tacos and I love the little things. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because my mom asked for sauce for her egg roll and they didn't give us any so my brother had to knock on the drive through window and ask for it again and then the driver behind us was impatient and tried to make us move on without getting the sauce but we didn't move until we got the sauce. I went to buy a double smash jack and some tacos the other day in drive thru the order taker was very polite and patient with me he made sure I got all my condiments and napkins the tacos were crispy and good the double smash jack was so delicious it tasted like heaven, this is my go to jack in the box I love the awesome team they have and the friendly environment
