We always enjoy our evenings at Counter Reformation. The food is creative, flavorful, and always unique. The menu changes frequently enough while still maintaining staple items that are fan favorites. The ambiance is usually lively and fun while maintaining that intimate feeling. We always look forward to our nights here and love to connect with Jocelyn and the staff within the hotel. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough.
Everything was exceptional, the wines. champagne, Wagyu Tataki with caviar, and caviar donuts! I had a Azahar Vinho Verde from Portugal & it was lovely crisp and dry! And service was attentive and helpful.
Always an awesome night and meal. Whether you're staying on property or just visiting, this is one of the better dinner options in PS. the wine selection is always thoughtful and the food is delish
