This place had a line and had to find out why. There are tons of unique and good flavours of ice cream. They also will convert any ice cream to a milkshake or add 1/3 toppings to your ice cream like Oreo’s, MnM’s. I turned the one I ordered into a milkshake and was so good walking downtown. The place is small and isn’t the fastest but worth the wait.
So I walked in during the afternoon. The space is narrow. There was a woman in there before me and had ordered shakes. The girl behind the counter asked me what I was getting and when I told her just a dole whip, when said she would get it from me right away and ring me up. It was tasty and bright like a sorbet. the flavor slightly changed towards the end of it and gave me a penny after taste so maybe the spout wasn't cleaned out correctly? What a cute place. We wanted root beer floats and Lappert’s did not disappoint. The ice cream was delicious and they gave us the extra root beer left over from the can. Great memory from our trip to Palm Springs.
