What a wonderful experience, the menu was fantastic. The service can be a little slow, but not because of incompetence, sometimes I think they just want to give you more time... The lamb chops were amazing, I would also love to come back and get the veal medallions. My wife had the escargot and the duck liver. But you have to save room for the dessert and get the soufflé. I repeat even if you are not a dessert person you have to get the soufflé!
Our group of good friends has a wonderful first experience! We will be back every time we visit PS. Raymond our waiter was the great, made us feel right at home. All the positive reviews are true!
The presentation of every single dish was amazing. We literally ordered every single items in the appetizer list and loved it all: our only feed back is that the lobster salad should have more lobster. Our fav were tuna tartar, liver mousse and duck confit. David, our busboy was spectacular. He was so attentive, friendly and helpful. He gave us food recommendations, kept our table clean between dishes and did it all with a smile on his face the entire time.
