We came here on Sunday to celebrate my 70th birthday. It was a disappointment from the start. Very slow service. We started out with drinks. My wife's martini came in a highball glass filled with ice. This is not how you serve a martini. Another drink, expensive tequila with a request for one large ice cube, came in a glass filled with ice and was quickly watered down. We would have sent it back, but our server was nowhere to be found. Appetizers were good. My rib-eye steak, ordered medium rare was pink on one side and raw on the other, due to a very inconsistent thickness of meat. I sent it back and it came back very well done. I ended up not eating it and they did comp the entree. My daughter called ahead of time to order desert for us as a surprise. It never came. They did end up crediting her charge card for it after she called to complain. I called the manager the next day. She listened to what happened and said she would check into it and get back to me. It has been three days and I still have not heard back.

We celebrated a 80th birthday party there last night. The food and service was excellent. Delfina, our waitress was one of the very best that we had ever encountered. She paid attention to every detail, making our evening all that more enjoyable.

So sad. They sat us at a corner table that was blocked by a heater and another table. The wall was so dirty. They got our order wrong. The manager was not accountable.

Always a treat in Palm Springs! The service is great from the valet on. Love the food and great cocktails. The service is excellent, coincidentally, we often have the same waiter which means their staff isn't turning over all the time, so they are very experienced and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

Busy Sunday but we were seated as requested. A nice selection of menu options to choose from. Food was delicious and arrived nicely prepared. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. We chose the pre fixe brunch and really enjoyed it.

Food and ambiance very good. Bus staff needs training definitely and more direction from wait staff. Waiter had too many tables, but that shortage is everywhere. It is a remarkable experience but staff training can make a great meal better! Ed Clarke

We were seated in the back corner right next to the wine cellar. Plenty of other seating but for some reason we were placed next to the wine cellar where every time someone had to enter I had to move my chair. Waited 20 minutes at our table to get acknowledged. Server tried too hard and came across fake, she did care but the whole thing seemed scripted. What happened to the Spencer's we liked? Attitudes of employees were poor

The food and service were, once again, superb! Our evening started off a bit rough when, despite making our reservation as soon as possible on OpenTable months ago, we were told our table was inside and not in the courtyard. We've been dining at Spencer's for over ten years and this was the first time we were told we could not dine outside. I just tried to make a reservation on OpenTable for February 2025, but was told it's too early to make an online reservation for our date. Perhaps I have to call....frustrating.
We were unfortunately disappointed with the food. My Rueben sandwich was dry and the pastrami was terribly overcooked. My wife had the liver & onions, bacon. She requested medium, and received a very over cooked, well-done, dry piece of liver. Very disappointing! Ambience was very nice on the patio, and service was not attentive.
