“We celebrated our friend’s 40th birthday here and we enjoyed several delicious tapas. I wasn’t sure if I would enjoy the canned tuna but it was exquisite, I wish all canned tuna tasted this fresh and delicious! They had a great variety of food on the menu and everyone left satisfied. My mocktail was light & refreshing, would order again!

“it was your typical cold rainy night in the desert. Really it was and that is certainly rare! We were in town for an auto auction and love Counter Reformation. \nWalked into a fairly empty bar (that soon changed) and our incredible excellent server Brittany took over with wine and food recommendations. The wine was an excellent 2023 Muscadet white and then came out their signature bread. The food is wonderful. Once the bar fills up it's very common to share conversation with your fellow diners as to what they are eating. \nThis is a must visit dining experience in PS!“

There were 6 of us and we got the paella for 4 and with the tapas we got it was more than enough... great wine selection, and we all split a bunuel for dessert that had V a crabs and a raspberry sauce that was out of this world.... the decor was also amazing, the vibe was casual but intimate...200% recommend“
