“One of the main reasons why we love to go to Palm Springs is because there are so many great places to enjoy fine dining. Zin American bistro is on top of our list of restaurants to visit during our stay. Some of our favorites? Start with their Fried blue cheese olives, their truffle Pommes frites never disappoint, their Savory wild mushroom truffle soup will keep you coming back, their burrata salad is definitely on point in freshness, and their brunch champaign with their huevos rancheros or Verde Chilaquiles will place them on anyone’s top list of restaurants to go when in Palm Springs.
