“Had to wait to be helped with my order as 3 employees where doing an online order. Was not told they be with me in a minute. No communication was there. Been here before and they have but not this time. Finally about 5 minutes or so they took my order again not apologizing for waiting.. Than a line was formed.“
“I ordered a BOGO sub. The two workers make incredible sandwiches because I ordered all the toppings. Because I go to the gym and lift, high calories and clean food is appreciated. This store made big and tasty sandwiches as specified on the order.“
“I like this place because it's 24 hours that's why I gave it 4 starz....But when I went in yesterday I waited inside inline with one person in front of me for 15 minutes.They weren't super busy but the drive-through had a couple cars and they were doing their online purchase which left us to hang out dry.So I went out to my vehicle and gotten to the drive-thru which was only one car ahead of me and I asked you to wait after 5 to 10 minutes awaiting I backed up and left.It was 2:30 in the morning maybe 3:00 so I'm sure things are a little bit different but they did have at least four people working.Again this place is nice because it's open 24/7

“Almost always on time. Since COVID-19 using the mobile app sandwiches are complete exactly when estimated so don't rush to pick up. In fact, arriving a few minutes past the estimated time should ensure the order is ready. Only once did I have an issue with an order.“
“The service was a lil mundane but what can you expect with everyone wearing masks an everyone is uneasy. The guy that made the sandwiches did an amazing job an didn't make me feel like I was being to demanding. I did it exactly how I asked, I didnt get his name wich I should have.
