We walked in and the employee said cash only so we come back and then seen a customer pay with card. Why say cash only? Natalie the employee took my order and was so rude. She made our sandwiches sloppy and seemed really unhappy being there. Would I recommend coming to this location?definitely not! When you work in a customer service environment you shouldn’t be rude to the customers!!! Waste of money!!!
Dear franchise owner,How cheap are you? I placed an order for pick up online and asked for ranch dressing and chipotle on the side. I go to pick up my food and while I was leaving I noticed no dressings were given to me in the bag. I go back and the employees let me know that their boss advised them that they were no longer allowed to give dressings on the side. Kinda strange I usually get a side of siracha sauce to dip my chips and after buying the meal I told the employee that seems to hate her life if I can have some sauce on the side and she stated that new policy they can’t give any extra sauce. I said ok I’ll pay for it how much is it? Then she said she can’t even sell it to me. Wait what???? Never coming here again
