We’re trying to order a falafel sandwich not a 5 course meal. Keep it simple and your employee should be able to take a simple order at the window with specific instructions.“

“I’ve been to this falafel spot many times on the recommendation of friends, and I’ve always sent others there. Until today, the service and food were exceptional—top quality every visit. However, today was different. There was a new cook wearing a white t-shirt and black hat, and my chicken shawarma was off. I got mostly cold veggies at first, and the chicken, when it came, was undercooked. Compared to my wife’s, it was missing that care and balance. Please have a sit-down conversation with the staff—this was not the standard I expect.“

“It’s a Greek restaurant. I wanted to get something healthy so I ate a Salad for 5$. It was nice and made me full for my lunch. Packed with healthy lettuce, tomato and other 🥗. The place was super clean. Indoor Outdoor seating both available. The servers were friendly, attentive and hard working. Most of the food is in the range of 12$+ for one person.
