Gregorys Coffee is a hidden gem with a calm, welcoming, and cozy atmosphere. The vibe is nice, very clean, and modern, providing a quiet corner to relax, read, or catch up with friends. It is a great spot for a peaceful cafe experience and a good non-Starbucks option. The menu is very limited with far fewer warm options than other places, mainly warm pastries and a couple of brekkie sandwiches. Specific items include the Biscotti Testarossa, Full moon matcha latte with salty egg yolk, drip coffee, energy sodas, a salted caramel cold drink, and avocado toast. The matcha is imported from Japan and is top-notch, smooth, earthy, and perfectly balanced. The blueberry muffin warmed up is good, far better than average.

Service is generally pleasant with friendly baristas for the most part, described as unfailingly kind, though occasionally service can feel merely adequate or leave one feeling a little wary. There is plenty of indoor or outdoor seating, though only a few small tables inside. Some outdoor tables are in the shade. The location offers lots of parking and an accessible restroom.
