My family and I ate at Honk King Restaurant every. single. day. for our vacation. The food tastes just like and as good as food straight from Hong Kong (speaking from experience). The food is always hot and fresh with the perfect amount of seasoning. Each day, the waiter was courteous and friendly. The pricing of the food is reasonable.
This place is a gem to taste authentic Guangdong or Hong Kong cuisine. Though not quite exactly the same as what you could taste in Hong Kong, I'd say it's 91% close!!! Sometimes it gets too oily, but the food tastes so good that you would never regret trying this awesome place. The price is reasonable, but not too cheap either. Highly recommended though.
Great Hong Kong style entrees. Everything is fresh and tasty and the portions are generous. The batter on fried items (like salt and pepper eggplant) is light and crispy...never heavy or soggy. Favorites of my lunch group include ginger and green onion chicken, greens, braised fried tofu with vegetables, fried tofu with shrimp meat, seafood chow fun, chicken lettuce wraps, salted fish and diced chicken fried rice, and salt and pepper eggplant.
