Just some feedback when I ordered one of the new strawberry & banana granola bowls yesterday. The person who took my order didn’t know what I was ordering when I was directly reading it off the menu. I also wasn’t told until it was finished that there was no banana. No communication was made before it was made in case I wanted to change my order. Workers were not that friendly and seemed really impatient. The drink itself was good - I went with a small white gummi. So expensive now too, the small was $8.69 which was quite absurd. Probably would not get Jamba in the future unless I realllllly was craving it.

The cashier Ruby D was really unfriendly. While I was ordering, she was eating at the cashier stand. I had subbed out peaches for a drink due to an allergy and she charged me to substitute pineapple. When I looked at the receipt and asked her why I was charged, she replied "I guess that's right". Then another team member helped me and tried to refund the extra charge back to my card.
