I ordered online and got smoothies with the usual small, icy fruit bits that most Jamba locations give you. The employee helped me right away and the order was already ready when I got there. But they didn't have it in a bag like I requested (easier with little ones in tow), and I had to ask for a tray to put the drinks in. Hope I wasn't charged extra for that bag.

The employees at this Jamba are always helpful and efficient.
I come here a lot and the drinks are always spot on. This place is definitely recommended and worth it.

This Jamba location is in the heart of Palo Alto near Stanford campus, in the busy area of a strip mall. It is a take out place with just two tables and not enough seating. The people working at this location are heroes, helpful, and friendly, and aren’t afraid to go the extra mile. It is a good place overall but a little expensive. A tip for parking is to go past the shop and make a right in the lot behind for plenty of spots. Customers enjoyed the Strawberry Surf Rider and White Gummy, with a large costing 11.99 and a small costing 9.99.
