It's McDonald's.
Mixed bag in customer service. Many workers are decent in diner order which I'm grateful for and thank you for that. There's a time where you'll get a newbie that takes forever to get your coffee order, and when they screw up in causing the delay, the lack of accountability or ownership in the situation is mind mind-boggling -- work ethics is lacking there.
Fast and good customer service
McDonald's offers consistent and good food, but some locations may have issues with order accuracy and staff training. However, some staff members, like the friendly black older lady, provide excellent service. The restaurant is clean, with fast service and easy car access. The food is standard McDonald's fare, and the surrounding area is quiet.
