I could make a review about the quality of the food (which is great by the way), but instead let me praise their amazing service.

I had made an order on DoorDash and when I received my order I was short a pizza. The doordasher had forgotten one of the pizzas.

Usually in this scenario I have to take it up with DoorDash and ultimately end up losing some money along the way..

I decided to call New York Pizza and to my surprise the employee quickly said he would fix the mistake and deliver the pizza himself (though it certainly wasn’t his fault). When he arrived with my missing pizza he refused the tip I offered. What a class act.

They’ll be my go-to pizza place from now on!

Our favourite pizza spot! We ordered online. Pie was exactly to our order, ready and hot at the time they said it would be.

Amazing staff!! Me and my friends came in here, the staff were very polite and they gave us free cheesy bread although I wasn't able to tip. Pizza was great, the cheese stretch was amazing, tables were clean, condiments and hand sanitizer were all there. Staff gave us tape to tape our to-go boxes up.

Went here for their sandwiches. The meatball Parmesan was decent with meatballs and cheese on a nice sandwich. The Italian was average as they give you enough salami and cheese to be satisfied. The sandwiches I had were toasted until the cheese melted. Served with aluminum foil to keep the heat in.

I extremely loved the pizza, the pizza was great and spicy as well as tasty. I also loved the wings, they felt like homemade, the sauce of the wings were delicious.

Driving home from the city Sunday night I jumped online (while my partner drove) that NY Pizza was open. We were thrilled. We love their pizza--and this one did not disappoint. 😊

New York Pizza in Palo Alto is, in my opinion, the best pizza in the Bay Area. The taste of their pizzas is absolutely delightful, and the ingredients are fresh and high-quality. The staff is just amazing, so attentive, friendly, and always ready to serve and make sure you’re satisfied. I love dining in, but their delivery service is also fantastic. It’s a treat every single time! Thank you for everything!

We had late night delivery of the most delicious pizza! First time ordering from New York Pizza.
I will definitely be ordering from them again when I am in town. Was just what we needed after attending a concert at The Frost .
