“Our second visit in the past 2 weeks - returned for birthday celebratiuon since the food was outstanding last time. Food still very good, but this time we did not get to really order ourselves, given the over-helpful staff and the group dynamic. Still had a wonderful time outside with our 2 year old and a bunch of pups, the only slight ding is the staff is almost TOO helpful, sometimes overriding my wishes :) Still highly recommended.“

“Delicious authentic Turkish food. We came here twice, and both times were great. We met the restaurant owner who was very gracious and kind and server is tea with Kadaifi. Quick service, clean restaurant, delicious food. Will definitely come by anytime we're in town.“

“What a lovely find in Redwood City! The decor is a bit basic but there is an outside dining area which looks very nice.We had the large mezze platter and chicken kebab. Very delicious. The owner/chef was very kind and helped with the selection of gluten free options.“

“I had dinner with my husband this evening. The food and service were excellent. Both of us agreed that this was one of the best Mediterranean food we had thus far. Everything from the hummus, pomegranate salad, chicken curry and the lamb kebab to the rice and vegetables were flavorful and so well seasoned. The lamb kebab was grilled to perfection and the portion size was great. Thank you for preparing such a great meal. We highly recommend this restaurant!!“

“I spent a few weeks in Xinjiang a million years ago and ate laghman -- the Uyghur's national dish -- two or three times a day. Loved it loved it loved it. Hadn't had any in over 25 years, then recently moved to the area and saw that downtown Menlo Park had a Uyghur place. Woo hoo!
The noodles and sauce are perfect. (The meat is surprisingly low-quality so I ask for it without the meat and just get some flank steak slicked up for stir-fry at Whole Foods and cook that up at home to add.) The portion is generous and the dish keeps well in the fridge for a few days.“
