If you like lukewarm, soggy pretzels from a dimly-lit, musty store, then you're in luck! This is ur place to go! I came here and got a normal pretzel along with some of those hot dog pretzel bites on a weekday around lunch time. It was super empty. Those hotdog things tasted like they were left out for a week or two and the pretzel mustve been a month old. I dont know. It just doesnt hold up to auntie anne's. Your workers should be cautious about talking about costumers in Spanish thinking we don't understand. I never ever write reviews but today I went in and I said my order and I mixed up something on accident and after I paid I realized my mistake and asked them for the right thing and would have happily paid the difference but then they proceeded to talk about me. 8/5/23Just tried their new Mexican style guava drink and it's amazing!!! Spicy and tropical. MmmmGirl who helped us had a nice smile. Place itself is small and the food display is also small, but not like it matters all that much. 4/5#paloalto #pretzels #smoothie #guavasmoothie.
