First restaurant I ate in 1982 and the bbq is still great.
Is it even smoked? I am a resident of Smith County, TX-- Tyler TX and while visiting the valley last week a friend said "you have to try this place out and tell us what you think!" I was sad to report that this is nothing like Tyler, TX BBQ. Brisket is brown gold out here in these parts, soft, tender, smokey... Dr. Wogleys was tough, stringy and overly sugary.
