“Food was good, LOTS of options. Pastrami burger was delicious. However, the customer service was lacking. I had asked for extra napkins as I thought they hadn't given us any and when I did one of the female employees gave about 3 extra napkins with a bit of an attitude..and only to find out they gave us some but placed under the fries.
After we finished our meal I asked for a container to go, again a bit of an attitude and only handed me a wrapping paper and a paper bag for fries, breaded chicken and half a burger. A more customer focused attitude can go a long way.“

“IHOP called and I answered, hungry hungry hungry this morning. My spouse and I made a visit for a wonderful delicious breakfast. I ordered the famous P.A.N.C.A.K.E.s with a some steak and eggs taste was just as I expected. The atmosphere was nice the service was good. Thanks to Jovanie for making this a pleasant experience.. I love it when our tips are worth it. I also had to signup for the pancoin rewards program. You can never go wrong with a fulfillment of pancakes.“
