“I’ve been cutting out refined sugar and it’s been difficult but I came across this place and I was able to have a wonderful chocolate shake with almond milk and cocoa, yes it had sugar but pure cane sugar. It was a great alternative and it taste so yummy! I was also able to add toppings, healthy toppings, strawberries, blueberries, etc. so good! Can’t wait to go back❤️“

“Guys I literally thought some of the photos must be fake... they're not. I got exquisite latte art (good coffee too!), beautiful plates of delicious food. I have no idea why this place only has 88 reviews, but the 4.8 stars is accurate! On top of that, it's a very cute location. Please try out Old Town Caffe!

“Good ingredients, customizable bowls with no extra charge for toppings (other than protein). Presentation is a cup, not a bowl, so a bit different experience than the usual açaí bowl. A little pricey. But left feeling good and replenished on a sunny day!“

There's often no parking out in front so you'll have to circle around and park in one of the Sierra Madre lots. There's some seating in the plaza across the street. “Laveta is a super cute minimalistic cafe located close to echo park lake in Los Angeles. They have their own parking lot, which already is an A+. But since it is a small lot, there is street parking all around. They have really cool inside seating as well as outdoor seating.

They offer coffee, matcha and teas. But let’s not ignore the food they offer, which I highly recommend you try out! I’ve heard the burger is delicious but haven’t tried it because I’m obsessed with their Avacado toast! It’s literally the best Avacado I’ve had! Their coffee is good as well. I’ve had their iced vanilla latte, which you can’t go wrong with. I also enjoyed one of their signature coffee, the laveta.

“I bought a fruit cup at the Earth Bar in LAX because the fruit looked like there was a possibility that every piece might actually be ripe. I was pleasantly surprised to discover every piece was indeed ripe-kiwi, mango, pineapiple, and grapes. This is a first for me in mass-marketed fruit cups.“

One downside is the drink is a little too diluted, would be better if they make the drink more concentrated. But overall the drinks are not bad. “I come here a lot when I'm in LA for work. They open at 7am, not 630. The shakes and cold brew are good, the cookies are also pretty tasty. Overall it's better than Starkbucks and has a larger selection of items, such as chips you've heard of, Celsius, pelagino water, and the like.“
