I guess every business is hit or miss, these days. Hostess last night was not doing her job. She didn’t let me know when my order was ready for pickup. Sure it was just a DoorDash, but inconveniencing a paying customer and a delivery driver both is Not a good look. Sure fire way to go out of business. Talent sourcing can be hard, I’m aware. A good manager would care about this. Lol
Shout out to Connor ! #1 waiter in the business, no offence y'all. Just really enjoy the hospitality he presents us with, super genuine, feels likes a friend. Happy to see him still here , thanks BJ's !
On my recent trip to Pasadena, I decided to eat in BJ's as it was close to my hotel. I had the spaghetti meatballs for my dinner. I have to say this food was served promptly and hot. It was very tasty and plentiful. I struggled to eat all the pasta. Credit to the bar tender she was very attentive to ensure my drink was always topped up.
