Cafe De Leche PCC is a great little local cafe on a college campus. It is a warm, pretty, and clean place. The staff is friendly and pleasant. They serve excellent coffee, including a good iced coffee and one of the best coffees ever. Specific drinks like the Horchata with Espresso, Vanilla latte, and Mexi Mocha are very good. The food and pastries are homemade and delicious. There is a free parking lot around the corner. It provides a nice experience and is a huge improvement, doing justice to its original location. Many customers plan to come back, recommend it, and may become regulars.
