I have been here a couple times and I like the food. Good portions not too big and not too small. All the dumplings I got were tasty and nicely shaped & wrapped . The special ones are black and gold colored. This doesn't really add to the taste. Just looks cool. Not the best ever but certainly not the worst either. If you want good dim sum in Pasadena it's gonna be here or Lunasia. The service was ok..a little bit slow. Some of the servers were doing playing around with each other...read full review

My daughters and I were at Chef Tony Dim Sum in Old Town Pasadena a few months back earlier this year. I know this is a late post, but I always say it's better late than never. It's conveniently located on the corner of Fair Oaks Ave and Colorado Blvd.We ordered about 17 dim sum items. There were a few repeats though... we can't just have 1 tray LOL.
