A True Taste of Georgia at Deda
Deda offers a beautiful, modern Georgian ambiance that instantly transports you back home. The food is prepared with authentic Georgian traditions, and even my brother—our family’s famously impossible-to-please food critic—was amazed by the original taste of the khinkali.

The ambiance is gorgeous and low key. I wish I took photos but we demolished the Khinkali
Its our first time experiencing Gorgian food and we will happily drive the 1.5 hours to come again.
The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about the food and Gorgian culture. It was so fun to learn about the wine and food as we ate.
Highly recommend the Khinkali and orange wine sangria 🩷

Deda Restaurant offers a phenomenal dining experience with incredible, authentic Georgian food. The cuisine is outstanding, flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared with bold, nostalgic tastes. Meats are juicy and flavorful, not salty, with mains being a must-try. Dishes like the cheese jinkali, khachapuri, pork mtsvadi, and both fried cheese and beef dumplings are delicious and amazing. The Medoki dessert is filled with warmth and sweetness. The interior is beautifully designed, cozy, vibrant, warm, and inviting with a charming, relaxing, and fun atmosphere that feels truly Georgian.
The service is phenomenal, on point, exceptional, attentive, friendly, professional, respectful, precise, straightforward, patient, and informative. Staff help introduce the menu, teach how to eat everything properly, and help match alcoholic beverages with the food. It is a great experience for a date night, more fun with a large family, and ideal for bringing non-Georgian friends and family. Valet parking is available for a fee, with a lot next door offering complimentary parking. The atrium-type patio may not be suitable for dogs. This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking for real Georgian food in a fantastic setting.
