Islands Restaurant Pasadena Paseo Colorado

I came in this past June with friends and family for a birthday lunch. Service was great and so was the food, per usual. The brownie sundae was so sweet and the kids loved the ambience inside. Our servers had protective face masks and shields and there was social distancing between tables. I had a great time and it was so special to celebrate during these Covid times. Went here for a late lunch and ordered the Kilauea burger. What I did like was that there was space outside between tables that was more than six feet. There were some issues with the ordering system and the waitress had to take my order a second time. Unfortunately, she dropped my bun on the ground when brining it out so I had to wait a little bit longer. We've always enjoyed going to this Island's in the past for decent food. Understanding that it is a time of covid, we still want to support restaurants for delivery. The issue is the last two times we ordered for delivery, they left out several items. The first time I ordered a kids Mac and cheese meal, the only thing I got was the apple sauce.
