Jose was very kind, even when i got part of my drink wrong an didn't know until after they made them. The lady working though, not so kind and missed the whipped cream then threw out the spare drink as he was looking for it (probably to give it away so it wasn't wasted).Nice an quiet inside though, even with the majority of the tables taken. Still many outlets/plug ins available for use! The power just went out and they had to close, so maybe invest in a backup generator? Lol
I love this Coffee Bean. Staff is usually friendly. Bathroom decently clean. Coffee as expected every time. Drive thru is fast. Inside there is plenty of seating and outlets so it is a nice place to get some work done. My only complaint is that the place is FREEZING. If I stay for more than an hour, I pretty much get hypothermia. I guess they crank the AC to keep people from lingering too long? Seems unnecessary. That's why I'm only giving it 4 stars.

First time trying this as a friend usually brings me my drink since I'm not a local of the area but I happened to be around today and went to get my iced mocha myself. Service was very nice and friendly and fast too. The drive thru is a great convenience
