I dined twice at the terrace. Breakfast (breakfast buffet) and dinner (King Salmon). Food was delicious and service even better. My server, Sarah, is a gem. She made a difference in my experience. You don’t get many servers like her and I’m so grateful to have had her twice. Two other folks assisting her Jerson and Charlie also were friendly, helpful, and courteous.

Would return again and would request Sarah

We were there for breakfast and they were out of everything we wanted or needed. They ran out of gluten free bread, yogurt, chia pudding, oatmeal, potatoes. For a 5 star hotel this is unacceptable. The service was 5 star and the ambiance was as well.

The brunch was very underwhelming. Cold breakfast sandwiches. My omelette was overcooked. We got there at 12 and most of the food was emptied with no one to refill or restock it. Service was so slow. Had to ask for cream cheese for the bagels because there was none out. The hostess was very welcoming though. All in all, for the price of brunch there should be cold yogurt and warm breakfast sandwiches.
