Fab service from Jenny. I love coming here as a special treat. The hotel is so gorgeous, with a beautiful, fragrant garden in the middle. The Lobby, where the tea is served, is exactly the sort of ambiance of a classic tea room if expect.

Servers were very attentive and nice! Harpist was great! It would be better if this hotel had water bottle filling stations instead of using plastic bottles.
The Lobby Lounge is an attractive setting for Afternoon Tea. Staff members work hard to provide an enjoyable experience. However, we found the room's noise level very distracting. Food items ranged from average to good - the exception being the outstanding scones presented soon after we were seated. Also of note were the variety of teas available.
