The Tritip sandwich and the original Bronco Burger are awesome.! The Tritip is very tender with a nice smokey flavor. The roll is soft toasted and buttery. The burger is a good thick patty with a large soft bun also toasted. The veggies are fresh and the pepper adds the perfect and of heat and lite crunch. Get an extra side of sauce and you will not be disappointed! I will definitely be back!
Passing through Paso Robles for a concert and decided to stop here. The prices seem expensive until you see the food in front of you. Very filling and flavorful. The onion rings had a fantastic batter with a very good flavor. The Bronco Burger I ordered was large and very filling. I almost couldn't finish it. I very much enjoyed the burger. I would recommend this place if you're just passing through or are local.
