Jacob did his thing. The wines here were great. The food pairing made it incredible.

In my opinion, this is the best place in Paso. We had a marvelous experience while we partook in the entree and food pairing option. They accommodated a pescetarian diet as well. The wine and food were spectacular but the highlight of the day was our superior service from David. He was attentive, informative and enjoyable to talk to. Everything was perfect even the orchard cats! We joined the wine club which we've never joined a club. Excellent value.

We enjoyed the tasting with the food pairing. The place has good views, though you can't see it from the place you are sitting to taste wine. It does have a smaller cozy vibe comparing to some of the bigger wineries. Overall, very enjoyable, and the staff would explain to you about each wine. Service was great as well.

We had the best time here! We booked a bit beforehand to make sure we have a spot (which I would recommend doing overall) and I was surprised when I learned they do good pairings with 5 wine glasses that come with an experience! Not to mention, they were able to accommodate my food preferences and make a whole vegan friendly pairing (just make sure you put that somewhere in comments when you book / check in). And everything was A+: from the check in to the wine, to food pairings, views and a guide (Alex was our guide and he was phenomenal!) that will introduce you to the history of the place along with wine tasting palette. We got a bottle of Malbec at the end which hopefully will remind us about this really unforgettable experience. we’ll be back in the future!

One word, amazing. This was a first for me at this winery and to be able to come with someone who was a member was great. Right from the start, with an early tasting. We were greeted with a warm welcome and a nice glass of tea. Cups also doubles as your water cup throughout the tasting. Even though we arrived a little early, we were seated closer to our appointment time as they still had prep everything. There's a little wait area with umbrellas and a bench that over looks the hillside, beautiful. Once our tasting was ready, we were ushered to the tasting room/table area. Presentation of the wine and food paring was beautiful. Nicely arranged as if we were going to a reception. The presentation and placement of pairing was well executed. Down to the beautiful little boutonnière of flowers. Each tasting complements each wine pairing. The small bites give the right amount to each wine which compliments to the chef. Everything was well explained to the detail on the wine and pairing. They also had the entree paring which we didn't know about so had to give that a miss. An entree is served after the small bites to give you the whole tasting and dining experience. The whole vibe was excellent. Didn't get the sweet lady name but she was amazing, explained everything and such a sweetheart. On the next visit, we will definitely be doing the whole dining experience. Highly recommended.

This winery supports well balanced flavors of food pairing and wine. The way wine is supposed to be drank. From my learned travels of wines and the winery process this wines here surprised my pallet. Good atmosphere and pleasant smells all around.

This place is amazing, a must do in Paso. The food was so good it is difficult to out into words. The wine is amazing. Service impeccable. A treat for the senses. Beautiful scenery!

Pretty disappointed with their wine selection and food pairing. The food pairing was like a carb overload and the food was all cold! Our server would not stop talking to us and he kept on spitting at our food when he talked over us. We couldn't enjoy our wine tasting. The wine was all acidic to the palette.

We would give this experience a 3.5 Great experience, value not worth it. Customer service was lacking. We had a wine and tasting pairing and an entree lunch. We had to request to move our seating as the wine tasting was interrupted by the the forklift harvest winery operations. We understand it is a working winery but the noise made for a not enjoyable moment. We couldn't even have a conversation it was so loud. The wait between the wine pairing and tastes was very delayed and the bites were cold by the time the explanation came by our server Alex. After finishing our pairing the salad for our lunch entree took 30 minutes to arrive. We had to ask for water twice before it was ever taken care of. The presentation and pairing of the wine and food was fabulous. The entree arrived and was delicious. The ambiance and view are a plus for sure. For almost a 200.00 lunch the customer service was definitely lacking. What should have easily been a 5 star experience was lessened by the lack of service. The hostess was a delight. We would probably come back but would ask for the patio seating for sure.

"Visited this winery with a menu that seemed like it was written by a thesaurus on drugs. ? The food was actually pretty good, but I practically needed a vocabulary degree to order. How about they rename 'Coq au Vin' to 'Fancy McDonald’s Chicken,' 'Grilled Polenta' to 'Posh Corn Cake,' and 'Beef Birria with Consomé' to 'Extravagant Beef Soup'? Keep it simple, folks! ?????I had no idea what I was eating; while some of it was good, reading the menu had it sound like I was eating a concoction of Japanese water with a hint of caviar?Amazing people, great ambiance, and a menu that sounded like a parade of elephants with trays of food was on its way, but instead, we got delightful bite-sized surprises! ???"Poems about the wine (or the description) I have no idea… were… interesting find out for yourself by visiting!
