Came to Paso Robles for my birthday and picked this winery since it seemed like a nice little hidden gem and the black and gold bottles stood out to me. Jordan helped us with our experience, this was our first winery and he was extremely knowledgeable and was very patient with our million questions. The wine itself was all 10's for me and knowing that you can't find these wines in any restaurant/business gave this an even more exclusive and memorable experience. Our experience at Le Cuvier was wonderful, and a huge part of that was because of our server Jordan! He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative without ever making the tasting feel overwhelming. He took the time to educate us about the wines, answered all of our questions, and made great conversation throughout the experience. You could really tell that he was passionate about the winery and the wines.

Our favorite tasting experience in Paso Robles so far. The wine is absolutely delicious. Really loved the Syrah and the Cab but or favorite was the Rose. The small bites that accompanied the wines were fantastic. I could eat multiple plates of the chicken and orange foam. Our server was also very hospitable. My only wish was that the dining room was facing the view….but overall best tasting for the money.
