Best Starbucks experience I’ve had. Employees were so sweet, kind and overall happy. Left the drive thru happier than when I got in.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company offers a mixed experience. Some customers have received next level customer service, with friendly staff who hand-deliver food on a plate and coffee in a great big mug, creating a relaxing and memorable trip. One visitor stopped in every morning for an oatmeal and coffee and enjoyed a really good vibe. Another reviewer had a 10000/10 experience, calling the staff sweet and an angel.
However, other experiences were disappointing. One customer found the bagel was not toasted and doughy, and the latte was about 2/3 of a cup full with too much foam. Another visit involved staff who were distracted and gossiping, causing a 20-minute wait, and coffee was made with cold foam that was not included in the order. The place was clean and food was good, but some staff may need extra training and a reminder that the workplace is not a hangout.
