First time visitors, we went on the vineyard tour and tasting with Pixie -- the other 7 people were repeat visitors. The best vineyard tour I have been on, very engaging and informative. Loved the tasting experience -- very clean wines. Need to return to buy lamb, olive oil and wine. Loved seeing all the innovative techniques on the property and all the fruit trees. My best friend and I had an incredible time tasting the wines at Tablas Creek Vineyard. The winery clearly cares about its craft, really prioritizing consumer education as well as sustainability.
