The Hatch is a well known restaurant in Paso Robles. First impressions were it is a small restaurant with a row of seats, tables and a long bench seat. Tables are cramped and not much space offered between diners. Our servers were great but the hostess seated a couple right next to the 4 of us when there were plenty of open seats not on top of current diners.
