I don't think I'll be back. I was surprised their signature dish - roast chicken - was absolutely average. Cornbread was great, corn spears were dry, potatoes were decent but could have been finished better. Staff was great.
Suuuuper delicious rotisserie chkn? Also good steak and fries as well.?? The chicken comes with a side of drippings that was quite tasty. All things rotisseried and grilled go well with booze and The Hatch Cocktail list delivers with bourbon based drinks that blend and cut the fatty proteins content quite well. Servers are nice and check-in timely when beverages need refreshing. Definitely book reservations in advance as demand is high. Dinner is dimly lit yet audibly lively....
We went for a casual dinner and we had an amazing time. The meal was impeccable and delicious. They offer specials depending on the day of the week. Moreover, the service provided was excellent. From the moment before entering the restaurant until the moment we left, we were treated with genuine kindness and real hospitality. Thanks to all the staff!
