Delicious and no frills, your tacos must be chicken, beef, carnitas (pulled pork) or al pastor (pork) to be $1; they come w onion, cilantro, salsa (very mild) and limes. There is a dining area open from 8am-8pm. Be mindful of the location and bring cash!“

“Authentic sincere and delicious. I wish my friends who i meet while placing my first order the recognition they deserve . While waiting for my car to be repaired I took a sort walk and struck gold . Walking up I had a few questions about the menu . The young gentleman at the window was informed and invested in getting me exactly what I wanted . Felt life a life long friend the way I was received and the banter that followed . I doubt that I’ll eat anyplace else when I’m in town . I’ve considered making a special trip of two hours just to try all the items on the menu . I went with the chops which were smack your grandmother good . Rice perfect , meat so tender the plastic fork showed no stress ! No joke this is great food and under 15 bucks a dinner that will fill your stomach . Cheers to J&P this is how good is done .“

“The best Pupusas in the Modesto area. Very good size, wide variety of flavors, comfortable and not greasy. Recommended 💯
The only thing I would like is for them to give more tanning... Very limited. It's barely enough for each Pupusa. I usually order a minimum of 6-10, up to 20 because I recommend them in my work.
Apart from that, very excellent. My favorite place.“

“Absolutely delicious!! Seafood was super fresh and this little hole in the wall restaurant deserves more than 5 stars. The shrimp quesadilla was filled with the best beer battered shrimp I've ever had. I wanted the camaron da pilar, but they were out. I'll go back just for that. The pictures from the menu pale in comparison to the actual quality of the food. Do yourself a favor and go enjoy their shrimp, calamari and fish; anyway they serve it it is stellar!!!“

“Food is excellent especially when looking for seafood. Since this is a food truck, the only seating is outside so we recommend either pick up or when the outdoor weather is good. The shrimp cocktail variations were excellent and the mix of tacos we tried were also very good. We have also used calling ahead and picking up the order and had no issues with our order. Definitely a place that we will be coming back to routinely.“

“Literally the best authentic Mexican I have had since leaving San Antonio. It’s very hard to find excellent Mexican cuisine as an over the road truck driver. I’ve eaten at plenty of spots especially in Cali , this hands down is the best!!!!“
