“I frequent this location often and have always received ok service from the staff. However, Sonia has been fantastic at both customer service and sandwich making. She is always kind, and welcoming and goes above and beyond. She has even prepped fresh tuna or other ingredients when they ran out, even shortly before closing. Before she joined the staff there, I would have to drive to the next location if they ran out of what I wanted. I have visited many Subways in many states and have never met a more dedicated or customer focused employee than Sonia. Because of her, my wife and I will keep coming back again and again.
