Usually pretty great. I loveeee my turkey sandwiches but the last two orders I’ve made here were not amazing. I had to cancel an order and wasn’t offered any refund or remake, and had to go in after almost a week of nobody answering the phone. Second was today, sandwiches were good but my issue was with my cookie. We found what looks like a pube but most likely a beard or mustache hair. ☹
