Ordered a sandwhich meal with a chocolate cake desert. Waited more then 30 mins for the employee to tell me they're out of chocolate cake and that they can substitute something else's instead. I selected the Apple turnovers and had to wait an additional 15 mins to get my order. What are they doing in the kitchen

Great place to visit and plenty of parking around. However, the chicken itself compared to other KFC chain stores lacks a little more flavor. Other than that, it is a wonderful and spacious restaurant to eat at.
