Shout out Emily. Taking care of Online and walk ins and register because who knows where the rest of her team was at. She kept cool. Got everything out. All while having a smile.
I'm really not a fan of Panda Express, but my favorite Chinese food place was already closed and I had a craving for Chinese. I ordered the BBQ brisket because it looked very delicious, but it was dry, it had plenty of bbq sauce but the meat itself was not good. Orange chicken was good NGL. Fried rice and chow mein were a bit cold. But again not really complaining because this is what Panda Express serves most of the time.
Food ok the customer service is great

Panda Express is known for its clean environment and friendly staff. The food is highly regarded, with a variety of fresh and delicious options. The new drinks, including the Watermelon Mango drink, have received positive feedback. The portion sizes are reported to be generous and satisfying. The beef is tender, and the vegetables are beautifully prepared using Chinese cooking skills, making the dishes flavorful. The restaurant offers affordable prices, with a plate that includes 2 entrees and 1 side starting around $10, making it a good choice for budget-conscious customers. Service is usually quick and efficient, although there have been occasional long waits and missing items, such as spring rolls or sauces, which the staff sometimes compensates for with gift cards. Despite some complaints about dryness in the Chow Mein and Fried Rice, the overall experience remains positive. The staff, including dedicated employees like James, are praised for their courteous and gracious service. Panda Express is considered a reliable option for those craving Chinese food, and its kid-friendly pricing adds to its appeal.
