The food is fresh and flavorful, with stunning clay pot, ramen, and sushi options. The food truck has quickly gained a reputation for its incredible dishes, like the 911 "Hot Dog," which includes fresh salmon, tempura shrimp, and vegetables. Portions are generous, perfect for sharing, but many choose to enjoy the whole meal. The food here was excellent, with great customer service and plenty of parking. Lots of condiments to spruce up your dish. They tried the pho, teriyaki chicken and vermicelli bowl and everything was tasty. Good sized portions as well. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Friends stated they will be dreaming about their bolls. Korean ribs were delicious. The quality is better than most sit down restaurants! You can’t go wrong with this place.
