Today was even better! Missa was so kind and made sure I got grilled Serranos with my Baja Tacos!Chris was such a pleasant waiter… very attentive and super cool to chat with. Great job, AGAIN Cool Cat. See you in March with Lipstick Revolver.
I never visit Pismo without stopping by Cool Cat. Their juicy, fall off the bone baby back ribs never disappoint! 😋🥰

Cool Cat Cafe is a moderately priced restaurant close to the boardwalk. The burgers are fantastic, cooked to perfection, and served with great shakes from a separate menu. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff who make the experience wonderful. This cute diner has a perfect diner vibe and everyone is very nice. The food was perfect and hot when it came out and it was very fast. Chili cheese fries and mozzarella sticks were devoured, with the chili having the best hint of spice and the mozzarella sticks being warm, crunchy, and delicious. Side sauces were also at the same level and overall, it was loved. Fish tacos were perfect. While it can get noisy and crowded, the food and drinks are worth it, making it a must-visit stop for visitors and locals alike. They will definitely be back.
