The Station Reviews
Best coffee and espresso drinks in the area
It's the first time I visit a coffee shop inside a surf shop. Initially I thought I was at the wrong place and looked around a little confused. The barista is probably used to it and was very nice and patiently waited for me to figure out it was the right place.
The menu has the classic coffee shop offerings but also offers a which was very intriguing. There were lots of good choices and I'll definitely be back to try the Smoked Iced Americano some other day.

The Station is hands down the best coffee spot in SLO county! Unique drinks, consistency always on point, and stellar vibes ✨ I moved and my commute no longer goes by the shop, I'm devastated 😭
Edit: For anyone wondering, The Station is now gone. It's now Esteem Coffee (I think). I'll forever miss my fancy latte splurge 🥺

The Station was a highly praised coffee shop known for its unique drinks, excellent quality, and inviting atmosphere. Customers loved the consistency and craftsmanship of the coffee, with Drip coffee praised for needing no cream or sugar, and special drinks like the cinnamon toast latte and sage latte with honey receiving special mention for their flavor and presentation. The baristas were noted for being friendly and attentive, contributing to a welcoming vibe. The shop's attention to detail extended beyond beverages to its decor, featuring well-crafted woodworking in shelving and wood tops, reflecting a genuine dedication to craftsmanship. Many visitors appreciated the fresh, house-made syrups and organic milk options, which enhanced the taste and quality of their drinks. The Station was often described as a cute, stylish spot tucked inside a surf shop, making it a favorite stop for those exploring the area. Unfortunately, the shop has now closed and is replaced by Esteem Coffee, leaving fans nostalgic for the unique experience and perfect latte splurge.
