The only reason why I rated three stars because only one person speaks to me and I've been coming to this location for about 7years JEN! She Recognized that and said hey she is a regular! speaks every time it doesn't matter how busy the business may get.. she even asked my name so she can address me correctly besides that Employees are wonderful and work very sufficiently...

After seeing this person on more than one occassion, i have no choice but to rate 1 star. Lily, the Manager, has a condescending way of speaking to customers and employees. She should not manage any establishments that honors customer service. Or that wants their employees to feel respected. I left there feeling like I wouldn't want to ever order from starbucks again.

The staff here were hustling. I do not want to disparage them in any way because they were working hard.However, this location was just overwhelmed. We placed an order for a simple coffee in person. The order was placed at 8:01, and it did not come up until 8:40. 40 minutes for a coffee is unacceptable. Drive-thru orders were moving along, and they were calling out dozens of mobile orders. However, the people physically inside had to wait forever.In the future, when in-person orders are backed up, the system needs to disable mobile orders. Or something. It is a better experience to deny orders than to force people to wait inside. Or at least set the expectation that it might take a while before ordering. If we had known that we would have to stand around for 40 minutes, we could have moved on quickly.

only downside to this location is they usually dont have the ingredients for the limited time only drinks..the drive through line is usually long & into the parking lot since the location is popular..park & dine inside..it has “little free library” at this location..the workers are dope..
