“My friend and I stopped here a couple of years ago after running a half marathon and it was the best Mexican food I had ever had. When I was passing through again I had to come back. Turns out it was not just the post-race hunger. The food is absolutely amazing!“

“If you are in the area of Planada and are craving authentic Mexican food come here and enjoy their tacos, etc. I highly recommend them to my friends, family and new friends who are traveling on Hwy 140 heading to Mariposa or Yosemite. You will not be disappointed but totally satisfied. Doubled wrap tacos for $3 a piece. They sell menudo too. Yummy! Fabulous friendly customer service. You can sit there to eat outside under car port cover patio, bench tables and bathrooms. I encourage for you all to try them out if your passing through.“

“I've been here a few times now and am happy to review. The reason for my 4 star rating: drastic difference in food quality if you're ordering for pick up or sitting down. Sitting down, the food and service are 10/10 highly recommend. For pick up, I'm not sure why things are different but the food drops to about a 6/10. I've done pickup twice and both times it was the same issue where most items were dry or over cooked. I will say the tandoori chicken didn't have that problem and was an 11/10 when I picked up.

So, I recommend this place but primarily for sit down service.“
