“Went here on a Sunday afternoon (LSOB). Parking is not easy to find on Fairfax, so you'll have to go to the residential areas.

Was greeted by the people working there. I ordered a Spicy BBQ Bacon burger with fries on the side. Food was brought pretty quick. The flavoring and quality of the burger was amazing! The BBQ sauce didn't have a kick to it, but a peppered, smokey taste that was so good. The meat was cooked to perfection with the juices of the meat blending with the sauces. The bread was nicely buttered, toasty and soft. The fries weren't anything special, but that's okay. The burger more than made up for it.

Overall, the burger was top notch. The music was vibing. The place needs a little touch up and cleaning. Otherwise, I highly recommend coming here!“

“At first glance, you probably thought Google Maps directed you to the wrong address. There's no way this is the correct burger restaurant, but looks can be deceiving. With a sketchy-looking "order inside" sign on the wall outside, you walk into the liquor store and see this hole-in-the-wall burger joint.

I ordered the classic hamburger and regular fries to be on the safe side, but I wish I had been braver to try out the other options. The total costs for the hamburger and fries came out to be ~$20 with a tip. The hamburger felt like a homemade hamburger fresh from off the grill. The fries were a little salty but goes perfect with the ketchup. We ate outside on the tables since there weren't any available seats inside or public bathrooms that we saw, although I could be wrong.

Summary:
- BATHROOM. I didn't see one but there could be one inside the liquor store for customers only.
- CLEANLINESS. The presentation of the food was good. Nothing spilled and all utensils were in the bag.
- COSTS. $ Decently priced for the quality.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE. The staff were very fast. It took about 10 minutes for the food to come out.
- FOOD QUALITY. The ingredients are fresh and super tasty. Nothing frozen, generic, or bland. Something about hamburgers make me nostalgic.
- FOOD QUANTITY. A decently sized meal.
- WAIT TIME. About a 10 minute wait.“

“As a Midwest burger snob, HiHo is a must-stop option every time I’m in LA. The pastrami heat burger is unique and packs the right amount of heat and flavor. The prices, atmosphere, and service are all top notch. Don’t feel guilty - get a shake too!“

“Finally tried the place that replaced Top Round Beef and I enjoyed it! My friend and I got different burgers: 'The Single Roadside Burger' and he got the 'Best Burger on “The Menu”. The burger were filing when paired with fries. The regular fries were good though a little too salty. The Chilli Cheese fried he got weren't my cup of tea. Chili Cheese fried are usually a miss with me. The Birthday Shake was great!!! The shake had a vanilla wafers, confetti sprinkles, and hit my sweet tooth. Both burgers were good, but I would come back and stick with mine: The Roadside Burger.

Parking: There are about 10 spaces and if the lot gets full, turn right, then turn right again until you end up on the back streets and there's parking there!“

“We were down in Hollywood for a play and found this great spot for dinner. Everything was very tasty. I had the Stout burger with onion rings. I will say thr onion rings were my favorite. Nice, thin cut onions, batter and perfectly fried to the perfect crisp. The burger had a great mix of flavors with caramelized onions, bleu cheese and horseradish sauce. “The Service: Pick up or delivery. You can order using the kiosk next to the counter. Super easy to use. I was so pleased to meet with Chef Angel in person. So down to earth!

The Food: They know how to make a killer burgers! Everything is made to order using fresh ingredients. I love how they put so much grilled onions on the burgers. The beef patties are very flavorful. Their special sauce definitely make it taste even better.

My favorite is definitely the Jalapeno Smash Burger! If you like spicy, you got to try this burger. It's colorful and a great kick for sure.

They are very generous with the portion especially the pastrami burger, half a pound!

They said happy anniversary to us on the welcome. The manager sat us and was so kind and engaged with us. We sat on the yard overlooking the river. The beauty and ambiance 5 star. Aaron our server was kind, professional, attentive and gave us space as needed. We asked his recommendations for drinks and food. He was spot on. Please recognize Aaron for his service to us. The food and drinks were amazing. I had the surf and turf & my husband had the crab cake all prepared wonderfully. I highly recommend rays and we totally thank you. We both manage restaurants for work and you know how hard a work day is right now w staffing and business booming. It was an escape for us and we greatly appreciate it.
